Rev. Pang is the current chief executive director of Toronto Chinese Christian Short Term Mission Training Centre (Toronto STM) which is an evangelical missional organization. Its main focus is to motivate Christians to commit themselves to local missions and city evangelism in order for more people to hear the gospel so the name of Lord Jesus Christ is lifted high globally.
Since 1989, Rev. Pang served churches in Hong Kong, United States (Houston, Texas, and Chicago), and Canada (Vancouver). He is particularly burdened by spreading the gospel among Chinese communities. As for theological training, he has obtained double doctoral degrees from several missional and academic institutes. His wife Pastor Faith Pang is also serving in this same mission organization with him together.
